The club's Annual General Meeting (AGM) is to be held next month. Action: Chris Bailey and Alan Martin volunteered to audit the club accounts before the AGM.
Attendance at the regular monthly meetings is often low. It was suggested that a change from the current Tuesday evening slot to another day/time may enable more members to attend the monthly meetings. Action: Franz Fuchs to poll members on alternative dates/times for holding the monthly meetings.
