Discussed general market sentiment and whether FTSE is expected to recover or
fall even further. No definite views were voiced.
Concern about consumer
spending - High street sales (clothing) seem to have started significantly
earlier this year.
Housing price crash is anticipated, but who will profit
from this? Action on Chris Bailey and Geoff Floyd to investigate different
market sector performances over the period of the last housing crash (ca. 1988
to 1991).
