Since the secretary (Lawrence) resigned the last two months minutes are missing.

ACTION: Geoff Floyd to recreate missing minutes

Cyril reported that following Rick Haggitt's death, he was awaiting transfer of funds from our Broker before paying Mrs Haggitt.

Les noted that following the transfer of the Marconi shares from Coffee Beans to TeaLeaves the RIC split accounts included Marconi at the original purchase price.

ACTION: Cyril to adjust the TIC split figures to account for the true transfer value

It was agreed that it is time to start considering new investments. Therefore Coffeebeans will be holding regular meetings on Wednesdays and TeaLeaves on Tuesdays.
