  2. A proposal was carried to split the club into two groups, team A and team B. The teams consist of the following members:

Team A - Cyril Bouhallier, Phil Ainsley, Andrew Watkins, Geoff Floyd, Lawrence Watson, Franz Fuchs, Les Watson, Alan Martin, Rick Haggit

Team B - Martin Collinge, Andy Davies, Dave Johnston, Allan Proudfoot, Chris Bailey, Wez Davy

It was felt that smaller groups would be more efficient at making buy/sell decisions and it would introduce a competitive element into the club.

Team A are to manage Tesco and Send.

Team B are to manage Boots, 365 and Cadbury/Schweps.

It will only be necessary for a majority of greater than 50% within a team for a buy/sell decision to be carried.

Team A have named themselves "TeaLeaves" and have set up an "e group" to this affect.

Team A have bought £1,000 of shares in SAGE and will responsible for their mangagement

Any new members to join team B to balance the number of members
