2 people resigned from the club in March they will be paid the following sum.

The treasurers report was unavailable at the meeting due to the internet connection being down. The figures above have been compiled from the accounts spreadsheet.

A discrepancy in the April figures showed the units held by Lawrence was incorrectly calculated.

5) Review Investment proposals

There were 13 share proposals submitted. DJ suggested Alliance & Leicester but due to new internet information, we could not analyse the information. The proposals were considered and voting was carried out under secret ballot conditions so that no prejudice voting was carried out. The others considered were (with their votes):

The subject of attendance at the meetings was discussed. Rick requested that the meetings could be moved to Thursday rather than Tuesday. It was decided to keep the meetings on Tuesdays as at present.

The Annual General Meeting is coming up soon. AD to advise the group when it is.
