Minutes of Roborough Investment Club AGM 17th May 2004

• Following the formal AGM a regular monthly meeting will be held.

1) All officers of the club resign

Chairman, treasurer and secretary resigned.

2) Election of chairman

Wez Davey elected as chairman unanimously

3) Election of treasurer

Goeff Floyd re-elected as treasurer unanimously

4) Election of Secretary

Andrew Watkins elected as secretary unanimously

5) Auditors Report

Chris Bailey audited the accounts as actioned and stated that there were no discrepancies of any sort, well done Cyril.

Chris also stated that we have make a profit this year!

Geoff agreed to take on the role of treasurer, after Cyril has issued FY04 tax forms to all members.

6) Review of accounts for FY04

Chris presented a summary of the year as follows:

26 shared sold, 14 in profit, and 12 at a loss.
