Participation: The issue of lack of participation was raised. This was observed through lack of attendance and voting response from certain members. It was decided to issue formal warnings and to review situation after six months.
Lack of voting response has resulted in a slow and cumbersome decision making process. It was decided that should there be a majority of over 50% in favour of those present at the meeting then the motion would be carried. Should this not be the case then we would resort to an e-mail vote.
Members of the stop loss team are Andrew Watkins, Wez Davey and Cyril Bouhallier.
